Baracchi Astore Toscana 2008 IGT

This 100% Trebbiano has an accentuated personality and presents itself with a straw golden colour and a complex bouquet with fruity aromas of citrus, pineapple with typical hints of this grape variety. Intense, on the palate it is full, harmonic and with a long finish. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains on the lees (sur lie) for about 4 months, during this time it completes its malolactic fermentation. A unique example of a very distinguishable Trebbiano.
