Blanc de Blanc - Rosa Bosco

A classical method spumante from 100% Chardonnay, harvested by hand from the Colli Orientali in Friuli. The must is macerated at low temperatures and the first fermentation occurs in old barrels wherethe wine completes the malolactic fermentation. The wine remains on the lees until tirage then it referments in the bottle, where it remains on the lees for at least three years until final "degorgement", as foreseen for a classical "methode champenoise".

On the nose it is intense and fresh with pronounced yeast notes and the taste has hints of breadcrumbs, tropical fruits and good mineral notes.
