50% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Barbera, and 20% Nebbiolo. 14% vol. DOC A rich ruby in colour with black fruit notes on the nose and palate. Flavours include blackcurrant and black cherry, with hints of oak. A very well balanced wine with a long finish. Appropriate Foods : Great with Pasta or meat courses, but especially good with coniglio ai pepperoni.
