Castello di Rubbia Malvasia d’Istria 2007 - IGT

This wine is produced from 100% Malvasia d'Istria. Maceration is for a few hoours at controlled temperature then after fermentation the wine is aged in steel vats.

A fresh tasting wine with overtones of Apricots and William pears on the nose and palate, and a super pale but intense yellow in colour.
