Enio Ottaviani Clemente Primo 2009 IGT

This wine is a blend of 40% Riesling, 30% Sauvignon, and 30% Pagadebit.  A great easy drinking white that works well as an aperitif or with a meal.  The addition of the pagadebit subtly changes the flavours you would expect from the sauvignon and Riesling giving a well rounded wine yet still crisp and fresh and fruitfull.
