An exceptionally generous, long-lingering mousse  with bubbles that seem never to end. Pale green highlights enhance its luminous yellow hue, while ample, ripe fruit composes a complex, appealing bouquet, enriched with subtle notes of spring blossoms and smooth vanilla. A leisurely progression in the mouth gradually reveals savoury flavours, and a velvety mouthfeel and admirable balance of all its components creates a Franciacorta of great harmony and true nobility.
