Franciacorta Pas Dosé

This is a union of four wines leading to a sparkling wine that has between 11.5% and 12.5% vol : 30% Chardonnay fermented in small oak barrels, 30% Chardonnay from a different vintage fermented in stainless steel, 30% Pinot Blanc fermented in Stainless Steel, and 10% Pinot Noir fermented in Stainless steel. 

This cuvee is laid down for 36 months prior to bottling for sale.

It has a subtle, but full bouquet, and is crisp and dry on the palate.  There is a pleasing acidity, with a distinctive structure, and elegant texture.  It has a long-lasting mousse and beads of extremely tiny bubbles.
