This is a unique wine born out of an experiment yet producing a very intriguing product

The wine spends 16 months in french oak barriques, and develops a deep ruby red colour with a bouquet and palate both reminicient of blackcurrants, vanilla and spice.  The dense yet elegant tannins give a lasting finish to the wine.
