Olim Bauda Moscato d'Asti DOCG "Centive" - 2009

100% Moscato. This sweet wine has the characteristic straw colour of all Moscato wines. It's intense bouquet is aromatic and shows golden apple, pineapple and honey aromas. To the palate it is fresh and fragrant, as sweetness and acidity are wonderfully  balanced. The fine carbon dioxide development makes it slightly creamy, with an elegant and persistent close. Fantastic with any desert but also surprisingly enjoyable as an aperitif served cold on warm summer days.
