Poderi Angelini Fiano del Salento IGT 2009

A 100% Fiano from the area of Manduria. Fermented in stainless steel after having collected approximately 30% of the grapes a few weeks prior to the general harvest which are then dried out and put into production tgether with the full harvest some weeks later, giving an intense perfume and smoothness to the wine.
