Ribolla Gialla 2010 - Rosa Bosco

The most famous of the Friuli native grape varietal all from the hills of Rosazzo. 100% Ribolla Gialla. Fermentation is in steel vats and matured on the lees for 6 months, with a small amount refined in barriques. This is a well bodied and pronounced wine with a balanced acidity. The inital florality in the mouth leads into a fresh and mineral tasting long finish.
